We seem to always be looking for guarantees in this life. We want to make sure that we are safe, secure financially, healthy relationally, etc. However, one thing that scripture points to as a guarantee in this life is articulated by Christ himself when he says: “In the world you will have tribulation.” John 16:33a.

Recovery Groups are designed to provide a healthy avenue of Gospel-centered healing in various areas of your life that may be wounded, broken or harmed. We believe that the reality of the Gospel (the good news of Jesus) gives us a freedom that can be tasted in this life. Through Christ, we can have victory in our lives.

So, whether you are wrestling with any type of loss, hurt, habit, hangup or pain, we declare the words of Jesus found in the conclusion of John 16:33, which says:

“Take heart; I have overcome the world.”
— Jesus (John 16:33b ESV)

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, biblically-based program with thousands of ministries around the world. This is part of a movement that is bringing in the hurting and broken to the healing power of Jesus Christ. Open the door to change by working through a process that incorporates 12 Christ-centered steps and 8 principles base on the Beatitudes.  It is a safe place where all who come can grow stronger in their personal relationship with God and others by sharing their experiences, strengths and hopes.

The growth process of Celebrate Recovery enables us to move toward greater freedom from destructive behaviors that results in a stronger personal relationship with God and others. If all of your pursuits to find life and to ease your pain have only led to more pain and emptiness, maybe it’s time to consider a different path. Join us as we “recover” the real life that Jesus Christ promises.

What is a hurt, hang up or habit? Anything that is addictive and dysfunctional. These things hinder our walk with God and relationships with others. Some examples include:

Codependency, adult child of an alcoholic; emotional, physical or sexual abuse; divorce, enabling, significant loss of any kind

alcohol / drug abuse, eating disorder, gambling, sexual addiction, pornography, approval addiction

control, anger/rage, lying, perfectionism

Freedom creates peace and joy and most importantly a stronger, healthier relationship with God and others. Our meetings begin with worship and teaching a large group and then break into small groups. Social time follows. Participation in Celebrate Recovery groups is completely confidential.
