Via is sending a team to Colombia!

This October, a team of 13 teens and adults will join our partner in mission, One Hope, for a week of ministry and connection in Medellín, Colombia.

Who is OneHope and what do they do?

OneHope is an international ministry equipping and resourcing local churches to share the Gospel with young people. We design Scripture engagement programs for the next generation to learn about Jesus and discover their purpose. Find out more at onehope.net.

What will we be doing?

We will be partnering with local ministry leaders (missionaries, church leaders, etc.) to learn from them and participate with them. Team members may be involved in personally handing the Book of Hope to students, sharing personal testimonies, sharing object lessons, distributing food, participating in service projects, and other ministries based on our team and local opportunities.

What is the need?

The cost per team member is $2500. We also ask for your prayers leading up and during the trip.

Team meetings, TRAININGS

Team meetings will be Sunday nights at 6pm on these dates:

  • April 28

  • June 2

  • July 7

  • August 11

  • September 8

A final training day will be held Saturday, September 28 from 9am-2pm. Attendance is mandatory for everyone involved in the trip.

Passport Information

You will need a passport and your passport must be valid 6 months after the last day of the trip. 

Current processing times are 6-8 weeks to obtain a passport after you have collected necessary documents to apply. Don’t wait, do this now!
