Whenever Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed, and whenever he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed.
Exodus 17:11

Dear Via Family,

Many are still buzzing about our times of worship together last weekend. Good Friday was powerful and Easter Sunday was so encouraging. Thank you for all that you did to make folks feel welcome. Your prayers and service impacted lives.

I just love what God has been doing in our midst each time we gather to worship. I am also excited to see hundreds of you involved in community throughout the week and working together to care for one another and bless those near you.

I love Via Church!

This Weekend

We will resume our series from the book of Exodus. Reading Exodus 17:8 - 18:27 before you attend will help you to better grasp the story and allow it to impact your life. Invite a friend to worship with you!

The Story

When we know God’s story, it changes everything:  who we are, what we want, and how we live. The Story is a course that will walk through the Gospel Story.  This 4-week course is for people new to their faith journey and for those wishing to grow in their understanding of the Gospel. It starts this Sunday, April 23 at 10:45am in room 4101.

Water Baptism

If you have never been water baptized I challenge you to obey Jesus and be baptized. If you are interested in being baptized on Sunday, April 30 please plan on attending an orientation meeting this Sunday, April 23 at 9:00am in room 2101. Don’t put off this crucial step of your faith journey!

Merge

Merge is the best way to be introduced to Via Church. In Merge, you will discover our story of what God has done here and a bit about where we fit in terms of our beliefs and practices. Join me on Sunday, April 30, at 5:30pm for our next round of Merge- I teach the 101 class and would love to have you there! Click the link for more details and to register.

If this is your first time to Merge, make sure to sign up for 101 using the link below.
